What are the requirements to rent an electric vehicle?

Minimum age: 21 years. A valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

Yes, we offer alternative payment methods such as bank transfer and payment on-site.

How do I choose the right car for my needs?

Contact us and we’ll help you based on the number of passengers, luggage, and trip duration.

What is included in the price I see?

The price includes rental, premium insurance, free charging, 24/7 roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle.

Can I add extra services?

Yes. You can add GPS, a child seat, an additional driver, and more during the booking process.

After Booking

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes. Free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental start date.

Can I get an invoice?

Of course. We issue invoices for both individuals and businesses.

At Vehicle Pickup

What documents do I need to bring?

Driver’s license, ID card or passport, and booking confirmation.

Will the car be fully charged?

Yes. All cars are delivered with a full charge.

During the Rental

Can I travel outside Bulgaria with the car?

No, unless specifically approved in advance and with an additional fee.

What happens if the car breaks down?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle with full premium insurance.

Where can I charge the car for free?

You’ll receive more information for the supported charging stations at the start of your rental.

At Vehicle Return

What if I’m late returning the car?

Up to 1 hour- no fee. After that a fee for an extra rental day applies.
